An accident in a restaurant with a book and a pot of hot tea, caused the inventor, Faye Busch, to
wish for a small convenient “thing” to hold books open so she could enjoy eating and reading at the
same time. And so began her journey to conceptualize that wish into an effective book holder.
Her specifications were - it had to be the size of a pen, fit all books, and be easy to turn pages.
